Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman paid a courtesy call to Chief Adviser Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus in Dhaka on October 1.
“Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman called on Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna,” said CA’s press wing.
The Chief of Army Staff also called on Chief Adviser Professor Mohammad Yunus on September 20.
The meeting was held at the Chief Adviser's office in the capital, according to the press wing of the chief adviser.
During the meeting, the army chief apprised the chief adviser of the current overall security situation in the country and the activities taken by the army.
At the time, the chief adviser gave necessary directives to the chief of army staff and thanked him for meeting with him.
